What Can Be Brought Into Disneyland: – Strollers – Wheelchairs I have witnessed a stroller save the day more than once at Disneyland. You may bring your own stroller or rent a single or double stroller from Disneyland. Not only are strollers great for pushing around tired children, but they are also ideal for carrying snacks, drinks, souvenirs, and anything else! The maximum dimensions for strollers brought into the Resorts are 31 inches wide and 52 inches long.
Measure the stroller’s maximum width and length from its widest points to determine if it will fit. These measurements apply to the majority of single and double strollers. The Walt Disney World Resort currently offers daily and weekly rentals of single and double strollers. Soon, double stroller rentals will be offered at Disneyland Resort.
Snacks and premade foods (such as sandwiches) are permitted inside Disneyland. Plus, they are a tremendous life and financial saver! When your children become hungry in the middle of the line or you need something to tide you over until your corn dog is ready, snacks are indispensable.
- Also, Disneyland food has never been known for its nutritional value, but it’s all so delicious! Bring your own pre-prepared meals for a few lunches or dinners during your vacation if you wish to save a little extra money.
- Beverages / Water Bottles – You will always be doing a great deal of walking at the Happiest Place on Earth, so staying hydrated is essential.
Both non-alcoholic beverages and water are permitted and even encouraged to be brought into Disneyland. It is so convenient to always have a drink available to quench your thirst. You are permitted to bring refillable water bottles and refill them at water stations located throughout the park.
- Contained Ice – If you need to keep things cool, a guest offers the following ice-related advice: “Place a few frozen water bottles at the bottom of your cooler.
- As it melts, you are left with ice-cold water!” In addition to complying with the no loose ice policy while maintaining a cool environment, this method results in a cold drink after a few hours.
Thanks for the brilliant solution, Carlie D.! Another guest suggested placing frozen water bottles in a backpack to not only keep food items and the backpack wearer cool, but also to keep the backpack wearer cool. You guys are experts. Additionally, you can bring ice in a Ziploc bag or use an ice pack.
- Blankets – Ideal for reserving a spot for your favorite Disney parade, warming up on a chilly night, or even drying off after a ride on Splash Mountain.
- When you have a stroller or bag, blankets are convenient to carry around! The good news is that you can bring your bag on each and every ride at Disneyland! With the exception of the Silly Symphony Swings, every ride at Disneyland has a small pouch or space at your feet for your backpack.
For Silly Symphony Swings, you may leave your bag in the line and retrieve it after the ride. You never have to worry about obtaining a locker or having a passenger remain behind. Your reliable bag can accompany you on all the adventures Disneyland has to offer.
When you arrive at the Disneyland Resort, your bag will be inspected as you pass through security. Medication / Dietary Requirements – We’ve already stated this, but we’ll say it again: Disneyland wants everyone to have the most magical vacation possible. Therefore, if you require special medications, foods, or liquids for a safe and healthy visit, Disneyland will make the necessary accommodations.
Cameras – You may bring your personal camera into Disneyland as long as it is not a large, professional camera (think TV Camera). And we strongly endorse it! There is nothing quite like reviewing your Disneyland vacation photographs. I had the privilege of riding Pirates of the Caribbean with a service dog once.
This hardworking, professional dog enjoyed every moment of the ride while assisting its owner to have the best experience possible. Disneyland is accommodating of any special needs you or your traveling companions may have. Let the Cast Members at City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A. know if you require additional services.

Can I enter Disney with a full hydro flask?
On January 1, 2019, Justin from Mississippi asked This response was provided before the transition to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel. Experiences, policies, pricing, and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the time this response was compiled.
Hiya, Justin! The Disney Parks Mom Panel welcomes you. I see that you are arriving TODAY at Walt Disney World Resort. Let the magic commence! I just returned from a week immersed in the magic of Disney, where I brought my Hydro Flask water bottle with me every day into the theme parks. According to the Walt Disney World Resort Park Rules, non-glass water bottles are permitted, so you’re good to go with your Hydro Flask.
You can fill your Hydro Flask at drinking fountains and water bottle refill stations located throughout the parks; look for fountains near the restrooms. Additionally, you can request complimentary ice water at any Quick-Service restaurant. Now that your thirst has been quenched, let’s discuss one of my favorite Disney planning topics: food! There are so many delicious holiday food items throughout the parks, resorts, and Disney Springs right now, and Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering (where available) in the My Disney Experience mobile app is one of my favorite ways to order food.
Earlier this week, I avoided a lengthy wait at Aloha Isle by using Mobile Ordering; I simply walked up to the Mobile Order counter and picked up my Dole Whip. It’s a tasty way to get your food quickly and save time so you can focus on having fun! Justin, I hope you have the BEST time at Walt Disney World! I wish you a wonderful vacation.
