Disney Genie is a new digital feature included in the My Disney Experience app that allows you to organize your day at the Walt Disney World theme parks, including a tailored itinerary based on your interests.
There is no expense associated with using Disney Genie. Disney Genie+ is an option inside the Disney Genie service that makes the previous FastPass queue, now dubbed Lightning Lane, available at select attractions. The starting rate at Walt Disney World is $15 per ticket per day. Certain major attractions are excluded from Genie+, and Lightning Lane entry to these attractions requires the purchase of an Individual Attraction.
Purchases of Individual Attractions vary by date, attraction, and park. For instance, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure’s Lightning Lane entry will cost $9 per person on October 19 and $11 per person on October 23. On these dates, Lightning Lane admission to Expedition Everest – Legend of the Forbidden Mountain will cost $7 per person, whereas Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance will cost $15 per person.
