You may book multiple Walt Disney World Resort room reservations for your vacation, but there is no option to book multiple rooms under a single reservation. To book multiple rooms, you can either use the online booking tools or call (409) 939-1936 to reach Walt Disney World Resort Hotel Reservations.

If you are interested in adjacent or connecting rooms, you can request them when you make your reservation. While there is no guarantee that requests of this nature can be accommodated, I believe you will find that Cast Members will do their best to assist you.

Can multiple room reservations be made at Disney Parks?

Multiple Reservations for Rooms I was just on the Disney World website attempting to get a quote for my family’s trip in June 2020, but I am unable to book multiple rooms instead of just one. I wished to determine the price for three rooms accommodating four adults.

Is it possible to book more than one room through Disney? I was curious as to what the price of a package would be. Thanks beforehand for your assistance. I believe it is possible to call and receive a single reservation number for all three rooms. We reserve rooms by booking one room at a time and completing the check-out procedure for each reservation.

Then, each room is assigned a unique confirmation number that can be linked in my Disney experience. The same is true for quotations. I would get a good Disney TA to do this for me; they are free and will do a great deal of research and keep an eye out for discounts.

In all honesty, there is no reason not to utilize a quality Disney TA.
If you are only interested in pricing, enter the number of adults staying in the first room and then retrieve a quote for the desired package.
Repeat these steps twice more for the remaining two rooms, and then total the prices.
Personally, I would then call to book so that you can ask the CM to make the reservations under one number or link three separate reservations if you choose the latter option.

I would love to know why it is not possible to reserve multiple rooms at Disney parks, and why you must instead make separate reservations for each room you desire. It’s an annoyance, and I’m always concerned that the room class I’m trying to reserve will run out (if I’m reserving three or more separate rooms).

In an interesting aside, WDW recently sent me a survey asking about my booking preferences. One of the questions asked if I would like to be able to reserve multiple rooms simultaneously, so perhaps there is hope? I concur with the suggestion to hire a Disney travel agent! You incur no expense, and they handle all the work.

Those are the rooms separated by an interior door.
In Disney lingo, adjoining rooms are adjacent rooms.

And please be aware that nothing about your room is guaranteed if you read the fine print. Even if your reservation indicates Guaranteed Connecting, it is possible that you will not receive connecting rooms. There have been multiple posters with this designation on their reservation, but they were still assigned non-connecting rooms.

You will see both reservations on your account if you are connected to him and sharing all plans. This method will allow you to check in online and make changes to your reservation, but not his. If not, manually link it to your account using the procedure described above.

Due to the fact that both leads for our two rooms are managed by the same person, both reservations appear on that person’s account, and we can make changes to both reservations and check in online from the same account. If you haven’t already, create profiles in the family and friends section for your brother and anyone in his room before linking.

When linking items, it typically requires you to select individuals from your family and friends list. If all else fails, it’s time to call I hope this assists. Just so you’re aware, if your brother or anyone else in his room intends to create a separate account, they should do so before you link anything.

Calling a Cast Member for Resort Reservations at (409) 939-1936 is your best bet if you want rooms that are close together or if you have other needs, such as adding the Disney Dining Plan or a Magic Your Way Vacation Package with flexible options. You can also contact a Disney-authorized travel agent, such as my personal favorite Travelmation, for assistance, bookings, and travel arrangements.
