How do I switch from Disney Plus to Hulu?

Hulu Plus Live TV and Extras Subscribers billed by Disney cannot switch to a Hulu Live TV plan or sign up for add-ons. If you wish to make any of these modifications, you must cancel your current Disney Bundle subscription and resubscribe through Hulu.

How much does Disney Plus cost? – The Disney Plus Bundle ranges in price from $13.99 per month for Disney Plus, ESPN Plus, and Hulu (Basic) to $75.99 per month for Disney Plus, ESPN Plus, and Hulu + Live TV (Premium) (No Ads).

Can the Disney+ bundle be canceled at any time?

If you are (1) subscribed to an Unlimited plan or an eligible 5G Home Internet plan, (2) a legal resident of the 50 United States and D.C., and (3) 18 years of age or older, Verizon will pay for your Disney+ subscription for six (6) months (the “Disney+ Promotional Period”).

If you have a 5G subscription, While remaining on Play More, Play More Unlimited 5G UW, 5G Get More or Get More Unlimited 5G UW, you are eligible to receive access to Disney+, Hulu (Hulu’s ad-supported plan), and ESPN+ (collectively, “The Disney Bundle”) (“The Disney Bundle On Us”). Eligible Disney+ On Us subscribers who (1) do not have an existing subscription to The Disney Bundle, one of Hulu’s Live TV plans, or an annual Hulu plan, and (2) are not currently billed by a third party for any Hulu plan, may upgrade to The Disney Bundle for $6.00/month during the Disney+ Promotional Period; then-current price thereafter (currently $13.99/month).

If you do not already have a subscription to Disney+, you agree that when your Disney+ Promotional Period expires, your Verizon account will be charged $7.99/month (plus tax where applicable) for Disney+ or $13.99/month (plus tax where applicable) for The Disney Bundle, and your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel through Verizon prior to such expiration.

If you already have a subscription to The Disney Bundle, any portions of that subscription that are billed directly by Disney will be paused and resume when your Verizon subscription expires. If any portion of your Disney Bundle subscription is through a third party such as Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, or others, The Disney Bundle On Us will not automatically replace that subscription.

After enrollment and account setup are complete, you will receive an email with instructions on how to manage your existing subscription. You will continue to be charged until you follow the instructions in the email to cancel your current subscription to The Disney Bundle.

If your subscription to The Disney Bundle is currently billed through Hulu, this promotional offer will not automatically replace it. As long as you maintain a qualifying subscription to The Disney Bundle through Verizon, your Hulu account will show a $13.99/month credit from Hulu on your billing statement (or an amount equal to the then-current retail price of The Disney Bundle).

If you already have a Disney+ subscription through Apple, Roku, or another third party, the Disney+ On Us and The Disney Bundle On Us offers will not automatically replace your existing subscription. After enrollment and account setup are complete, you will receive an email with instructions on how to manage your existing subscription.

  1. You will continue to be charged for your existing Disney+ subscription until you comply with the email’s instructions.
  2. If you already have a Disney+ subscription, your Disney+ subscription will be paused and resumed by Disney when your Verizon subscription expires.
  3. To pause your subscription, you must use the same email address you used to purchase your original Disney+ subscription when activating your Verizon subscription.

If you already have an ESPN+ subscription that is billed directly by ESPN+, your existing ESPN+ subscription will be paused and will resume when your Verizon subscription expires. To pause your subscription, you must use the same email address you used to purchase your original ESPN+ subscription when activating your Verizon subscription.

  • The Disney Bundle On Us promotion will not automatically replace your ESPN+ subscription if it is billed by one of ESPN+’s third party partners, such as Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, or others.
  • After enrollment and account setup are complete, you will receive an email with instructions on how to manage your existing subscription.

You will continue to be charged for your current ESPN+ subscription until you comply with the email’s instructions. The Disney Bundle on Us promotion will not automatically replace an ESPN+ subscription billed directly by Hulu or one of its third party partners.

You will need to manage your Hulu-billed or third party partner-billed ESPN+ subscription in order to complete Hulu account setup; you will continue to be billed for your existing ESPN+ subscription until you manage your account. If you do not already have a Hulu subscription when you enroll in The Disney Bundle on Us, you will not be able to change your plan or purchase Hulu add-ons while enrolled.

The Disney Bundle on Us will not automatically replace an existing Hulu (ad-supported), Hulu (No Ads), Hulu + Live TV, Hulu (No Ads) + Live TV, or The Disney Bundle subscription that is billed by Hulu. Existing Hulu (ad-supported) and Hulu (No Ads) subscribers will receive a $5.99/mo credit from Hulu on their billing statement (or an amount equal to the then-current retail price of Hulu’s ad-supported plan), for as long as they maintain an eligible Verizon subscription; existing subscribers to The Disney Bundle will receive a $13.99/mo credit from Hulu.

Existing subscribers must complete Hulu account setup through the link provided by Disney+, unless otherwise instructed, in order to receive any credit. Live TV subscribers billed directly by Hulu must cancel or switch to the Hulu (ad-supported) or Hulu (No Ads) plan to complete Hulu account setup. To complete Hulu account setup, annual Hulu subscribers must cancel their Hulu subscription; cancellation forfeits the remainder of the annual subscription period and does not qualify for a refund.

If you currently have a Hulu subscription billed through a third party, you will need to manage your account and wait until the end of your billing period to complete Hulu account setup; until you manage your account, you will continue to be billed for your existing Hulu subscription.

  • Existing Hulu subscribers are not eligible for refunds of subscription fees already paid to Hulu.
  • By completing The Disney Bundle on Us account setup for Hulu, you will forfeit any free trials, discounts, or promotional pricing associated with your current Hulu subscription.
  • If you are no longer subscribed to an Unlimited plan or an eligible 5G Home internet plan, your Disney+ Promotional Period will end immediately, and you will be charged monthly for Disney+ (or your existing multi-year or annual subscription will resume, unless you cancel).

If you are a subscriber to 5G Play More, Play More Unlimited 5G UW, 5G Get More, or Get More Unlimited 5G UW and you switch to a different Verizon plan, you will be charged the then-current price for The Disney Bundle, which is currently $13.99 per month.

Disney on Us and The Disney Bundle on Us can be canceled at any time through My Verizon online or the My Verizon mobile app. Upon cancellation, your access to Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu will terminate immediately (unless you had an existing annual or multi-year Disney+ subscription, in which case your existing subscription will resume) (unless you were an existing Hulu subscriber, in which case you will continue to be billed for your existing subscription).

If you cancel after the Disney+ Promotional Period, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial month refunds or credits will be issued. Offer valid for a limited time only. You must enroll by 11/30/22 to qualify for the promotion.

One subscription to Disney+ or The Disney Bundle per Verizon account. In New Mexico, your Disney+ subscription will expire at the conclusion of the promotional period.
