Scroll to the bottom-left of the menu and select Remove from Continue Watching. Launch Netflix on your television. You must log in to your account and choose your profile. Then scroll down to the section Continue Watching. Select the program you wish to delete next. Once you pick a movie or television program, it will begin playing in the background, but a menu will appear in the bottom-left corner.
Scroll down and then click Remove from Continue Watching. 
If you delete a show by accident that you meant to keep, you can choose Undo Remove to bring it back to the Continue Watching area.
