This next Friday, 20th Century Studios’ “Free Guy,” starring Ryan Reynolds as “Guy,” a bank teller who finds he is actually a background character in an open-world computer game, chooses to become the protagonist of his own tale, one he rewrites himself. Now in a world with no boundaries, he is determined to be the guy who saves his world his way before it’s too late.”
Is the film Free Guy available on Disney Plus?
Free Guy will be available to view online beginning February 23 on Disney+ and HBO Max, both of which need memberships. The film may also be purchased online for $20 or rented for $4 through Amazon Prime Video, Vudu, Apple TV, and Google Play. The disc version of Free Guy is available for purchase on Blu-ray (including 4K Ultra HD) and DVD.
If you want to watch Free Guy on-demand on Disney+, you must pay $8 per month or $80 per year for a subscription. Additionally, subscriptions include access to content from the Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars brands, among others. You can also get the Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu bundle, which costs $14 per month for the ad-supported plan and $20 per month for the ad-free alternative.
The bundle provides access to live sports, award-winning Hulu original programs, and other films and television shows. In addition, Verizon customers with certain Unlimited plans get Disney+ for free for six months until May 31. After the trial time, the plan converts to a $8 per month premium membership (or $13 per month for an ad-supported bundle of Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu).
